Paul, the website is never “good” or “Finished”. But for traffic gains my suggestions are
1 – comment on blogs written by others in your target audience
2 – run a contest across several platforms [choose these differently if you’re B2B compared to B2C]
3 – find out where your consumers hang online and write to them on that platform. Nowadays it’s probably G+ or Facebook.

Good luck

Love the landing page suggestion. I just installed a lightbox on a client (http://www.rowperfect.co.uk) website and we have stopped the loss of newsletter subecribers and started a small gain in readership. Simple, cost about $150 to do.
Thanks

I've cut back to what I can do myself. I did some work outsourced, but just ofr hte moment I'm taking the work back, and doing some more SEO to get better rankings in the long term, rather than just paying for PPC. Always an interesting subject to discuss.

Yours Truly

I know the website is pretty lame and I'm in the process of redoing it. I read your books and think I'm on the right track.

My question is: when the website is good, what's your three best suggestions for increasing traffic to the website?

I just finished starting a blog and have written many articles published in professional journals about it. I have fair sales to the professional market, school nurses, dentists and athletic trainers. I would like to tap the consumer market. What's the best way to get them to go to my website.
