It’s also very important to make your website mobile compatible. Many people use there mobile phones to look up site’s so if you have a site that runs on flash and won’t open up it is not useful.

I was really excited when I first heard about Silverback especially but I've yet to have the opportunity to use it. But it seems like it's a really useful tool for anyone interested in low budget user testing.

And I've used Crazy Egg quite a bit and think it's fantastic. A great way to see how users interact with your site.

For monitoring your website, which is important for interactive sites that have blogs and shopping carts, I use a software called Yup It's Up (http://www.YupItsUp.com).

It notifies me instantly via text and e-mail if my site is ever down. It's saved me a lot of head-aches 🙂

But I'm surprised you didn't mention any prototyping tool. I would recommend Justinmind Prototyper (http//www.justinmind.com) who offers 15 days for free to create an html interactive prototype.

AvidTrak is a cost effective way for Search Engine Marketers and SEO practioners to calculate their campaign's overall ROI by bringing in offline conversions such as phone calls into their conversion tabulations. AvidTrak is capable of tracking and pin-pointing the exact search keyword that led to the phone call.

Conversion data may be viewed within AvidTrak's UI or alternatively, because of the product's ability to push data into Google Analytics the same data may be viewed within the Events section of Analytics.
