There are so many small things to consider when building your website. It’s also very important to make your website mobile compatible. Many people use there mobile phones to look up site’s so if you have a site that runs on flash and won’t open up it is not useful.

This is one heck of a useful list. I was really excited when I first heard about Silverback especially but I've yet to have the opportunity to use it. But it seems like it's a really useful tool for anyone interested in low budget user testing.

And I've used Crazy Egg quite a bit and think it's fantastic. A great way to see how users interact with your site.

Great list! For monitoring your website, which is important for interactive sites that have blogs and shopping carts, I use a software called Yup It's Up (http://www.YupItsUp.com).

It notifies me instantly via text and e-mail if my site is ever down. It's saved me a lot of head-aches 🙂

Great list! But I'm surprised you didn't mention any prototyping tool. I would recommend Justinmind Prototyper (http//www.justinmind.com) who offers 15 days for free to create an html interactive prototype.
