Perhaps it’s the $8,000/month budget that warrants the account rep they assigned to me, but a group of Google employees reviewed my account for me and even created a new campaign for no charge. They periodically check in with email and phone calls to see if I have any questions, etc. I’m not sure what you have to spend to receive an account rep, but my experience has been great.

The lessons learned in a single repair pass will pay dividends for years. In the many years I’ve done this, I’ve never come across a campaign that is set up properly – most are wasting over 20% and probably half are wasting 60% of their budget on the account.

It’s their way or the highway.

Google AdWords brings plenty of traffic but I’m now exploring other sources as well.
