My company has a specific challenge related to this. We are an online university without a physical campus. There is no place to walk around and check out the campus or see the people . So, to put a face on the organization, we created some documentary-style tours (http://www.insidecapella.com/dedicated-support.asp) and it has worked very well for us, even in areas we hadn’t anticipated.

I want to have a page that keeps certain people away. I don’t want people that sell pablum potions, lotions or infoprodcuts to feel welcome to engage. WE won’t do their business anyway, so…

IS the About page the place for this?

Or is another page better?
